[RA] Harley Hair - Blondes (ONLY BLOND!)

I bought this back in 2016, but held off writing a review after feeling somewhat misled by a lack of description at the time.
As with the previous review I bought the Blondes pack believing it to be a selection of Blonde shades with the pink and blue tips.
To anyone wanting the Suicide Squad style, using the same picture for each shade of the Harley hair was a little misleading.
So I'm pleased to see that efforts have been made to state that its the Ombres & Roots pack in all the pictures now.
Anyway I followed the request in the description and attempted to contact the seller first because 'Satisfied customers are very important to us'.
I was first told that the coloured tips are only available in the Ombres & Roots pack.
Then after I politely expressed my dismay over the confusion, and asked if changes could be made to the descriptions of the other colours, and maybe the pictures to ensure that nobody else makes the same mistake that I did, I got what I felt was a quite rude reply, basically stating that the titles at the time were simple enough and that all sales are final.
For the record, I never at any point asked for a refund, so there was little need to be told I couldn't have something that I hadn't asked for.
I simply didn't want anyone else to repeat my mistake, which has clearly now happened since then, and prompted me to finally write this review.
To finalize, I hope Candela will understand that this is not a negative review of the hair itself, as it is without doubt very well made and arguably its the best Harley inspired hair style available.
So despite the issue I encountered, I am only deducting one star for the customer service experienced.
I just feel that an effort could have been made to be less dismissive of this issue at the time, because as evidenced it has happened again since then.
Hopefully with the new additions, it will not happen in the future.

Good hair....but I bought this one thinking it was the pink/blue but this is just Blonde......if wanting, like me, the pink/blue them get the Ombres (and try the Demo to be sure!) Thankfully, the seller helped and all was resolved.
