Taisce's Mesh Creations are 100% original creator mesh by AzarTaisce Resident, that are copyrighted under the Terms of Service.

All sales made by Taisce are final.

Refunds will only be provided in the case where the same item has been purchased twice within the period of one day through the Marketplace only (this does not apply for Gacha sales).

Taisce does not provide refunds if the item purchase extends past the period of 30 days.

Ensure that you're purchasing the correct item before making payment, as exchanges for incorrect purchases will not occur.

Taisce encourages customers to try a Demo before making any purchase, if there is one available for the specific item.

If you're gifting a product from the store, ensure that the Avatar's name is filled our correctly, as incorrect purchases will not be compensated.

If you have not received your Marketplace purchased item, then send 'AzarTaisce Resident' a note card with the following information: Second Life Username, Transaction ID & Order Number, Date, Name of Item. (Please Name the Note card with Taisce followed by a brief description). If no response is received within the period of 3 days then please re-send another note card. This is to ensure communication is received efficiently, as many IM's/NCs are received each day and Taisce seeks to provide positive customer service.
