The available types I have to offer right now is:
-sculpted prims
-script mod(you have a script you want moded or you want a variation of one I have in store already.)

-twisted builds(using normal prims to make the extra ordinary. from tiny prims to mega prims)

Price will also vary on the Perm you want.

least expensive to most:
-transfer only(if you just want to pass it around.)

-Copy only(if you just want it on your sim/in your home.)

-Copy & Mode(if you also want to edit it.)

-Full Perm(if you want to sell, trade, edit, make a bunch of[like lights] and/or send as freebie)

limited refunds on single orders, but multiple buys of one item with copy permissions can have refunds for extra purchases(Extra purchases are counted by the recipient, NOT BY THE BUYER.)

But in the case of major errors causing the loss of lindens a 90% refund is aloud(see below). I "keep" 10% because the marketplace/in world location takes that part on it's own.
