Inside you should find:

<AR> Animesh Tongue HUD
To wear the tongue, just add it, edit it and make sure it's placed well inside of your mouth!
It should be attached to the jaw by default, this makes the tongue compatible with both bento heads and SOME rotation jaws without much adjustment necessary.

I would however really like to see a button added to hide/unhide the tongue.
