CISKO. {script - Text in local chat with collision FULLPERM

No instructions in NC at all.Plus. The script keeps repeating the same line you typed over again, not counting same avatar. Also, every time the local chat says what you want it to say, it says: 'whispers'., which is very annoying. I would like the script to say only what i want, once per avatar, but i can't do it, since no instructions in NC at all,and the merchant doesn't reply for asking help.
