Just a box with an animated texture and looping sound from this video of the CMCs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hnqz9OdZjRQ
The music will loop endlessly and it comes with 2 versions, one that only the owner can turn off and one that anyone can control publicly. There's also a version of the texture on an unscripted prim in case you want to put it on your wall at home or something.
Scootaloo is best pony ever and don't you dare even try to deny it. :v

It's pretty good, but the image quality is like a 240p Youtube video. The animation also falls out of sync with the audio. I recommend this for background noise when building :D
