CasperSafe v1.0 *REZ + TOUCH* Version 1.32

This system fits what I need almost perfectly. I have had 2 incidents that required tech support; the first, shortly after I acquired it, was not stellar and I ended up just dealing with it. The second, which was more involved, had a great response and the Casper tech actually came onsite to check out the problem and ended up finding the issue, which was with my sim, not the orb. Overall if you want remote monitoring and an easy to learn system with a lot of capabilities, this is the one. The only thing I'd add would be a faster eject for non-guests. Good job and thanks for making this product.

Used this for years on rented land, & now decided to buy it myself. It's reliable, & I love that it's compatible with Casperlet, low-lag, low prim, & has a visitor tracker system with website. I can even see who visited from a year ago. I got another brand before, & compared the features and the results from Caspersafe are more accurate. It also gives you insights on traffic, so you know which area is most visited & who visits most often. If set up correctly, it does eject people not on the access list & those in the banned list, & has saved us from griefers & intruders a lot of times, so don't let the negative reviews fool you :) If anything, maybe I wish it has a warning time of at least 3-5 seconds in armed mode. But other than that, this works perfectly & I would highly recommend it.

Product works great as intended but numerous times asking for help, I was treated like I was stupid for asking questions and felt extremely unwelcome. Don't forget to buy this on the same avatar you purchased CasperLet if you want to use it with your rental meters, its your fault if you don't, and you can't get the script to link them despite owning both products without rebuying the whole package.

An excellent product and definitely worth the money! The myriad of features that are included in this security systems are quite extensive and it’s very easy to use. I highly recommend it.

MOSTLY because setting up deeding, ownership and so forth is NOT as simple as the instructions make it out to be. Between Linden's whacky land ownership, groups and deeding terminology and rules, and Caspersafe's own quirky requirements, you'll be spending some time sorting it all out. I've been using it a little over a month now, and I'm finally comfortable with it's operation. Examples:

1. You MUST lockdown the orb EVERYTIME you return to your home, even if it's to quickly check on a sale and come right back to rez your purchase. WHY can't we keep it in lockdown mode? There are so many times I come home after being gone a while and there have been several 'visitors' wandering the halls, whom I must then manually add to the ban list. For having security, not being able to lockdown during my absence doesn't make me feel very secure;

2. Enabling "Add to Parcel Ban List" doesn't work! I always have to do it manually;

3. Sometimes an unwelcome visitor comes and goes, but their name still shows on the "Currently Visiting List", requiring me to reset the scripts. I've had to do this numerous times (they say it's a 'bug');

4. Bizarrely-named newbies constantly show up (clearly griefer alts). I've had to reset this thing a couple times and each time, a whole raft of 3-week-old bots come marching through, keeping my BAN skills perfected. Setting an age limit does help, thankfully. Also, I make sure I have no hint of my location on anything, yet they always find a way to our home;

5. Once you have cracked the code on getting both the orb and the enforcer properly rezzed and deeded and configured, and you've sorted out all the various settings (there are some 'gotchas' in there, so read the manual CAREFULLY), then - and only then - are you relatively secure. But ONLY if you remember to LOCKDOWN every time you return. Caspersafe is the best in SL, but there's a TON of room for improvement.

I love this orb, I had several people say to get this one and I finally did. It works on my land and I don't have to be charged for having it. You can easily watch who comes onto the land you own and for the amount of time. I own a small parcel and this works on the whole parcel lot. I do like if anyone on the banned part of the orb cannot come onto the land and the amount of account age makes it easier for the land. We have a bit of a big visiter log due to being a Bloodlines haunts location.
