The brush-tail possum is a nocturnal, semi-arboreal marsupial native to Australia.
The common brushtail possum can be found in a variety of habitats, such as forests, semiarid areas and even cultivated or urban areas. It feeds mainly on Eucalyptus leaves but will also eat flowers, shoots, fruits and seeds.

It has a mostly solitary lifestyle and makes their dens in natural places like tree hollows and caves but will also use spaces in the roofs of houses.

This furry marsupial will be a great and exotic addition to your home or parcel, especially if you have many trees for them to climb :)
