The decor version is meant to be placed in your home. It offers a temporary attachment option for anyone, so your guests can play with it too.
Clicking on the object will make another version rez and attach it to the clicker. The temporary broom will not be added to your inventory, and disappear when you leave the sim or log out.

Awesome for doing all those little chores without getting on all fours! Hehe...
Just a little tip: copy the bucket... wear it as an attachment on 'center' - you can adjust it so it is exacty where you need it to dip in the mop... and it will follow like a docile little puppy whereever you go!
