Scripts and textures updated for 2017.
All textures are made by me in photoshop from scratch so if you see this balloon elsewhere it's be stolen from me !
This is a single mesh 3d birthday balloon that bobs up and down as if it is floating and a flat birthday banner. The balloon will poof smaller balloon images if you touch it (touch again to turn off).
Both are copy and mod (although the balloon will show as no mod due to the scripts inside being no mod)

The balloons and popping effect is really nice. Just the banner not the best, could be better.
