Beautiful piece
Unrigged, so can be positioned, sized, and rotated. It can be a challenge to fit a hat to hair. So, to make it easier, you may have to try several of your hairstyles to see what works best. I started by rotating the hat to <0,0,0> and then centering. Then adjusted the front to back length to be a little longer. Then, slanted back to the left and a little forward again, along with some more position adjustments, to look similar to the picture.
