With a feeling of fun and whimsy, this outfit captures the period of Mary Poppins. From the tip of her hat to the sole of the ankle boot, she embodies the turn of the 19th Century.. The gown is all Fitmesh and has great detailing, complete with a pocket watch chain. Beneath the skirt and jacket is a modest pair of bloomers so appropriate to the period. The ankle boots and umbrella (which opens and closes via click) really finish off the set.
