No refund after double purchase
Contrary to Indyra's customer policy rules, I got no refund after buying the same item twice inworld. Buying the same twice happens to all of us, especially with items close together. After having complied with all of the requested paperwork (why really, it is clear) I asked for a refund by note card. I sent an IM. I resent the note card, I sent another IM. I sent an email as customer service has that option. Not one bad word from me. Nothing in return, and now after nine days this review. It may be little money rl, but it is a nuisance to buy a non-trans item twice - and in this case with minutes between. Avoid this seller, is what I do now.
