The pose ball and phone are copy, mod, no trans to allow movement and adjustments. These two items are LINKED prims. This means if you need to edit the location of the phone prop you need to right click the phone, select edit, and choose 'edit linked' in the build menu.

Didn't work at all with my larger avi, and the pose is feminine. Not for big dudes!
