Useful script that will trigger lighting when an avatar comes in range of the object it is placed inside.
Great for making house lighting systems or street lights.
Use it with Sound on Sensor script and create a street light with ambient static :)

this is great!
perfect solution for lights on when you are in the room , and off when you arent . simple to use... i would note there could be a nc to tell you which value to change in the script for distance , but worth every L$
