[M] Bubble Wand //

I originally thought it didn't work, however after playing with it, it seems that the particle effect does work; but only when your typing. I would have given it a full 5 stars if it had some idle hold animation (a holding animation for when not typing) and also the ability to set the wand to blow bubbles every so often without typing. it's still very cute though.
