BY BUYING THIS PRODUCT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS SPECIFIED BELOW!
The definition of “PRODUCT” is: meshes, sculptie maps, textures, scripts, posters or any posted
documentation associated with them. By buying this product you agree to be bound
by the terms of this agreement, which are the following:
- Textures, meshes and sculpts can be used for products you sell in Second Life or Marketplace.
- You must NOT use/sell/share/upload our meshes, sculpt maps, textures in any other virtual worlds than
Second Life.
- You must NOT share/sell/distribute builds with *RedPoly Inventor* stated as creator in any way.
- You must NOT share/sell/distribute our products or parts of them with copy/transfer or
copy/modify/transfer (full) permissions with/to any alternative accounts/friends/partners.
- You must NOT share/sell/distribute our products as “freebies” or on prices considered as
freebie (or as gifts in events like Midnight Mania and all such).
- You must NOT use our posters or parts of them for advertisement of your products.
Minimal price of our products, considering the time they have spent on the market since their
release by us:
- for 3 months after release - not less than 100L
- for 6 months after release - not less than 50L
The “Minimal price” condition DOES NOT apply for cases of:
- significant customization (the original product cannot be recognized )
- partial usage (when elements of the original product are used in another build)
never got it!
I wrote more times and told the creator that I never receives this sandals...nothing...
Nice Sandlals however DAE / SLM files dont work
If you buy these Sandals, don't plan on the DAE File, SLM file or the Maker of this product to offer you much support. While this is a great looking Sandal and very well put together you will be forced to do a prim slight of hand to get it to show you as the maker. No surprise there that is what most people do however rather then be willing to help you use the files he says that come with this product in his ad, the maker would rather send you to a simple video and express how he lives in some unknown 3rd world country and this store is his only source of income.
I gave this Sandal such a low Rating value simply because of the total lack of customer service. being offered. while he is quick to respond, rather then trying to help his customers he would give you sob story and youtube videos that don't really help you.
The DAE file that comes with this product makes a bunch of very high prim boxes from what I can gather and no instructions with the product to help you resolve the issue. the youtube video on how to upload DAE files is just that a basic how to video with no real content on how to address the sandal DAE file.
If you buy it be aware you will be mostly on your own.
