Rigged meshes will automatically adapt to certain shape-sliders, while not to others:
Body fat, breast size, butt size, belly size, muscles, love handles and saddle bags do NOT influence the mesh item. All length sliders, body thick, hip and shoulder width DO influence the mesh item.

The person who reviewed before me clearly doesn't know how to use alphas or broke some settings.
The skirt works fine, rigging is okay. Be wary of AO's crossing your legs ... that looks a bit nasty. The alpha doesn't hide your feet but there's plenty of alpha packs out there and you can mix and match to your heart's content.
For 20L$ this is a steal. Perhaps the creator will update the texture on it. But for now, it's an okay purchase :)
