Such potential wasted
I am a child sized avatar and the description for this clearly states 'Seats up to 2 Children' and the ad poster states 'Made for Kids & Friends/Siblings'. OK,so on unpacking this I found it too small for me which means TWO kids my size are out of the question - Strike One!
Actually, in fairness, I was able to resize it so I thought I was onto a winner until I found that while I could adjust my avatar poses (and they looked pretty good) I could NOT adjust 'AND SAVE' the position of the props so each time I entered a pose that used props I had to adjust them which is NOT acceptable - Strike Two. (Actually, this could have been accomplished by me in the avpos notecard but ... it is no modify, of course!)
Then, when looking for help, a CSR or somebody, I found I had to use a ticket on a website. It's not an intuitive website and really, why should I have to jump through hoops to resolve an issue that shouldn't even exist? Strike Three and you are OUT!
Oh well, I suppose I really will end up writing this L$299 off. Let me just end by saying, don't believe everything you read in an advertisement. Caveat emptor!
