This item allows you to convert a Victorian Terrace Shop (available separately, see below) into a .Pawn and Loan shop. Comprises a front window display unit, counter unit, wall poster, and 'item display'. Texture provided for front sign conversion. See photos for suggested layout. Note that if linked to the shop structure, it may reduce the overall land Impact.
