I miss a security system for access, doors, windows and lights. otherwise, it's perfect.
Some details they don't mention to you.
the doors' convex hull is set to none so anyone can walk through them without opening them, trying to scale the house will give you problems, especially the version with the attic ladder, the only way to scale is by leaving all the doors shut and then scaling... but the attic ladder one still has displacement problems with trying to scale, TRUE prim count = 208... was hoping to fit this on my 512 sqm land... that was a bummer.
