You can configure how much time in advance you want to be reminded.
If you have IMs configured to go offline, your reminders will conveniently go to email.

The idea is pretty good but execution lacks: SL provides an export feature for group members. Why not using this/offering for re-import? Why not using the friends list for easy import?
The layout of output could be improved: A nice list in order.

While this is a fantastic concept I applaud very much, Sasun Steinbeck provides an excellent, very fast and very friendly support which makes this deal even better. I think this product is underpriced for what you get! I'd give it 6 stars if I could! :)

Very Clever and Unique Social Reminder
This gadget is really useful and very well designed. Yep it helps me remember rez days, I just have put the names of the people I want a reminder for in a note-card and it does the rest! If you have a large list of contacts it Sasun has a web site which helps you extract the names from a phoenix viewer export. But the other thing is, you can add other events such as peoples real life birthdays and Valentines Day, Mid Summers Day, the Rapture etc ... :)
You can set it up to get a reminder on the day or a number of days (hours) before hand or both !
One thing that is very clever is that, it can be set to send you notices anytime, or when you yourself come online/ When I was adding names to the gadget, some of the names were marked as "not found" but on investigation, these people's accounts had in fact been closed. So it really has a lot of very intelligent and useful features. Highly Recommended!
