To use:
Drop the script into the object
touch it
choose from the selection of resizing options (shrink/enlarge/10%,25%,50%,100%/etc)
the entire linked object will resize and reposition itself to keep everything in line.
This is great for mesh uploads that appear massive and won't shrink enough using the normal stretch tool.
There's even a delete button to clear the script when you're finished.

Not what I thought it was
I was hoping for a script that forced mesh avatars to shrink... I'm not sure what this is or what it's supposed to do, but I bought it, and I regret buying it. I think half the problem is that it's no mod...
