TeleSaucers are a fun colorful way to get around your sim. They are for inter-sim teleporting only. You can set your destinations for anywhere in the sim you'd like to teleport but you cannot teleport to other sims.
To use a TeleSaucer, right click and select "Sit Here", then click the TeleSaucer for it's popup menu, select your destination and off you (and a friend) go. Each TeleSaucer offers seating for two avatars.
Instructions for configuring your destinations and setting the script to running are included.
There are 3 TeleSaucers included in the box. One Red, one Blue, and one Green. Pick the color you like or rez all three if you have the room and the need. Modify permissions have been given so that you can customize the finish on your TeleSaucer if you'd like.
