This house is advertised as Modify. It is mostly NOT modifiable. All the textures are locked. a designer is free to lock down a build, for whatever reason -- but you can't then advertise it as modify when it isn't.
Disappointed and angry seller non-existent and silent when there is a problem
This is the third house that I have purchased from this seller, never disappointed, but this time I am terribly disappointed but also angry, this house has a problem with the curtains in the downstairs bathroom, which opens and closes via the switch and this happens on the seller's property, once purchased, the curtains do not work, my purchase dates from October 16, after 4 im and a note to the seller, total silence on his part, because I'm looking for where the error comes from and that it corrects this problem above all, because having curtains that don't work what's the point if for the demonstration they work?

This is the first house I purchased from DeSiGn and it is perfect for the land it sits on overlooking the sea. Very well made and lovely modern furnishings! Love the sculptures!

Excellent textures. Lot's of wide open space, low prims.
After thought, no kitchen, didn't realize until after purchase. But hey, who needs a kitchen in sl anyway.
