Anchored on an oversized flagstone wall, we include a built-in optional kitchenette, a removable flagstone fireplace, and an upstairs loft with overlook that extends out through the flagstone wall and empties out onto the second floor patio deck! Land Impact is only 59, or 38 without kitchenette, and footprint is 17.2 meters by 20 meters.
