This Door Kit is made of 2 prims but only 1 is needed:

1 Root Prim (delete before linking)

It also includes the standard Default Door Close and open Sounds, simply rename them to activate.
The door is set up relatively large as 1 ea 4M high by 2M wide Panel - to rescale just Stretch the linked set with "stretch Textures" checked in the texture tab. (It is best to unlink and edit only the door)
A Single door only uses one prim, and a double door uses 2 when linked to another part of the building.
