nice fit but lots of blue light

bought this because its one of the only cyberpunk jackets for men on the market, used it on the jake body and it fit perfectly, but then i started getting complaints about a blue light...

so i looked into it...
developer > render metadata > lights

the light is huge, whats the purpose of that ?
small light around the neck would be fine, but this is a full 10x10 area of light
the jacket is also no mod, so i cant disable it or add a script to turn it off.
not able to wear it.
sad.
