This Waterwall has only 2prims and chat-controlled Watersound.
Its easy to setup, rezz it-finished. The permissions are modify and transfer, you can change texture or size.

You can turn on or off the watersound with chat-command, type "wateron" or "wateroff" (you must be the owner).
