Winter Palace with Ballroom Version 2.0
When the old King died the Queen decided the Old Castle was far too large and drafty and summoned her Chancellor, she knew he would do anything for her and she bade him organise the conversion of her favourite and most southerly hunting lodge into a grand Winter Palace.
She had a long list of features she wanted included but most importantly of all she wanted to be warm.
The chancellor took her at her word and commanded that huge fireplaces be constructed on the north, west and south sides of the domed octagonal building, leaving the fourth facing a fabulous view through the mountains where the Queen could bask in the winter sun.
The Queen was delighted with the results and rewarded the Chancellor richly, but almost immediately she realised she would need even more space to entertain her courtiers insisting that the mountain be hollowed out to create a huge subterranean ballroom. A great gang of dwarfish miners were employed and within a year had opened out and lined a vast cavern beneath the Palace, the Queen was overjoyed.
The Queen never married again, but it is believed she entertained numerous suitors in her secret bed chamber and held wild debauched parties, some say she practised magic, others that she worshipped the sun, but all we have today are the few artefacts left over from her reign and the building itself.
Who knows what secrets lay hidden, still to be found.
This building comprises a hollow hill concealing a sizable dance floor with texture change painted ceiling, accessed through lockable doors. Above the ballroom a grand staircase leads up to the Palace front door.
Through the doors you enter another sizable space with 3 recesses suitable for the fires (provided) or for thrones or furniture. The mullioned windows are sculpted, and lined with tintable animated curtains. No alpha textures have been used so shoes and clothing won’t vanish when you stand close to the windows.
Another grand staircase takes you to a cosy level with another 3 fireplaces and curtained windows, if you click on the left hand stair post you TP to the secret bed chamber. This space is decorated with cushions and drapes and ready for bed animations of your choice, (just looking on marketplace will show a plethora of low cost beds who’s bed engines can be modified to fit).
The Palace is sold no copy, no mod, transfer but items in the box prevent the whole box being transferred, if you wish to give as a gift to a friend then use the buy as gift option, you can select this option once you reach the checkout.
The Palace has a footprint of 40 x 44 metres.
Full instructions are included in the box for the lockable doors, tintable drapes and texture change ceilings, you will need to have access to a plot with scripts enabled or the doors will remain firmly shut.

I too am disapointed
why no mod? I cant make a door to go out to the balcony and I cant make heads or tails out of the fireplaces. really is mod so hard to do? I should have looked harder first. Build is of good quailty though.
