I do not normally issue refunds as they are no transfer & copy-able if there is an issue with an item & it just doesn't work for what its intended on if you can show me In game i will give you a refund & attempt to fix it free of charge

Most of the time i will edit & modify items upon request If you can show me you have the item i have no issue doing edits or simple texture changes for free
