Refund policy:
Sales are final, due to the nature of digital products. Exception are double purchases. If you buy the same eye or pack by mistake twice, I will refund one of them. Gacha are not refundable.
Although I take a great care in building all the eyes appliers, mistakes or bugs can happen. Please contact Bobby Yoshikawa inworld, and I'll fix that shortly.
