1 Prim Steps Including Rails - Full Perms

This is a great find for all of you product developers or home builders! This is an amazingly detailed set of stairs with railing, and it's only 1 prim! Copy/Modify/Transfer permissions allow you to sell it as your own with the included sculpt maps, and you don't have to worry about giving Fox Labs credit, just so long as the object isn't copy AND transfer, you can sell it like you made it for the build!

Full Perms:
It's one prim, and full permissions. You can not sell it alone, but I really encourage you to sell it with your builds. It will enhance any package without adding nearly any prim usage!

Sculpts Maps:
The sculpt maps are included and they are full perm too. No branding, logo, etc included, just edit as needed and add this to what you need. If you don't need it to say you created it, there's a pre-made version included that is also full permission.

Collisions:
As with some sculpties, you must set the actual item to phantom and rez an invisible prim to walk on.
