What is a RAW Terrain File?  
A RAW terrain file is a file that Estate owners can upload to their SIM with a predefined form. This file will terraform your land so it has a consistent and attractive layout, perfect for re-selling and leasing.

It does not change the terrain textures of the SIM such as the grass or snow. It only changes the SHAPE of the SIM.

How do I buy a RAW file? Will it be sent right away?

How do I use a RAW file?
 As the owner of the estate, you can upload a RAW terrain file via the Estate Manager Tools.  (World -> Region Estate -> Terrain -> Upload RAW Terrain)

I purchased this to set up my region to rent out. It looked like a good design. Add says instant download. I purchased it and received the notecard as promised. On the notecard was a specific address to plug into my web browser. When I did this it opened up into a huge mess of computer code; not a RAW file that I can upload into SL. Maybe it is just me but there is now way I can use this. I could copy it but not paste it or save it so don't even know how to download it. NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to do this. For that reason I give this 1 star.
