Primmy but gorgeous
Yes this building is primmy which is annoying if your working with low prims, I have it encorporated in a build and I love it. But this is not worthy of just one star because it is well made, and it's not laggy at all which is a plus. It's a building that's meant for a sim with a lot of prims, so 5 stars from me.
Terrible, prim-hog build
Builder used only 1 sculpt in this build but it is EVERYWHERE. Each single step is two prims: riser and tread. Not counting the glass, a double door is 15 sculpts. It's insane. Even with the sculpts removed it's still 78 prims convex hulled! Don't buy this build just because it's mod, thinking you can gut it and get that prim count down, because you can't.
Not even good looks can make up for this kind of useless prim waste.
