Gorgeous and quick fix
Also had the sinking feet issue reported by others. Sent a notecard to the creator and he sent me an updated version within seconds, and now it all works fine.
Only minor flaws
There is a problem with the floors, as other reviewers have mentioned, but it turned out to be easily fixed. The issue is that the textured floor that you see is not what you're actually standing on. There is a grey plane underneath that is the actual walking surface. If you select that plane as a linked object, make it transparent, and lift it until you appear to be standing at the right level to walk on the actual floor, the problem is solved. That's why I have to dock a star for the creator's failure to solve that problem before selling the product; that and two small texture flaws on the window sills on each level. Apart from those considerations, this is a gorgeous unit, superior to any I've owned and most that I've previewed, and certainly worth the price.

As the others have said, I ran into the issue of sinking into the floor a bit. But I used the trick of adding some transparent prims just at the floor level, and now it's fine. The walls tint wonderfully, too. It's just the right size for one or two people.
If I have any complaint, it would be that on some of the window sills, the texturing is a bit wonky, and there is a dark spot on the corner of a couple of them. But that's a minor beef when you take in the whole place.
Beautiful Airy Nice Light
The apartment itself is very nice. I love how much light there is. Very well made and cozy!
My only complaint is like the others the floor makes my feet sink in. Also affects the furniture and anything you put on the floor everything is gliding in the air not by alot just a smidge but I notice! Have sent creator a notecard and no reply, hopefully they send me a fix for this or an updated skybox otherwise it's just going in my inventory. =(

Absolutely gorgeous, bright, airy, and low land impact for what you get. My ONLY complaint is that you do sink into the floor a bit. This was NOT something that happened in the demo version at the main store. I was able to fix it by placing invisi prims under each floor of the skybox, but if someone has a really tight prim budget, that's not something they want to waste 4 prims on (have to use 4 cause of the stair case) Fix that and I will give it 5 stars.
High Quality...But!
Amazing Apartment, high quality, but there's a problem with the floor, I talked with Jezibell Thorne and Apple Fall and no reply, had no response, and I see the "AF London" new version corrected in Demo mode.
