ArtiZan Business Script Collection: Land Sale Monitor for Estates

Simply drop script and config notecard into land sale sign (or visitor detector, etc)

● Notifies when land is sold.
● Turns invisible/visible on touch.*
● Sends IM (with profile link) and/or email to any number of people on sale.
● Sends a custom message to purchaser (personalised by name).
● Gives any items to purchaser (eg notecard, landmark).
● Deletes itself and the object containing it after notifications sent.

*By request I have also included a version of the script that does not turn invisible, called "ArtiZan Land Sale Monitor for Estates (no invis)".

INSTRUCTIONS

• Rez the Land Sale Monitor anywhere on the parcel (or drop the script and config notecard into any other object of your choosing).

• Rename it with your name or estate name (this show as the 'sender' of any messages to purchaser).

• Edit 'land_config' notecard:

- Add any message to be said to purchaser (to personalise by name, add either <name> or <firstname> once in MESSAGE_to_BUYER= message field.

- Add any number of names and email addresses.
UUIDs will automatically be looked up. If a UUID cannot be found, you will need to enter it in the 'land_config' notecard yourself.

- Drag in any items you wish to give out to the purchaser.

• Touch to show/hide as desired.

• When land owner changes:
- IMs and emails will be sent to all names/email addresses listed, with location, buyer name and SLURL.
- Purchaser will be sent any message or items added.

• Entire object will self-delete after notifications sent.
