It's a scam that house doesn't even cost 2000

a house with 2 floors and a pool that anyone can do, it has no design or anything, with those 6000 you can buy a house 10 times better, what a shame to waste money, what photoshop does xd

This is an amazing build, inside and outside so beautiful and stylish.
I was not too happy with the bathroom (the animations needed adjustment and I never saw the point of having bathrooms in a virtual world anyway) and Botha sent me a bathroom-free version of this house. Awesome! Thanks!
I own two other Botha builds and just love this mimimalistic design which lets light flood the building instead of locking it out.

Architectural marvel!

This is naturally a fantastic build! Highly imaginative design (especially the upper floor area). As others have stated, light-switches would be nice for this price (it's all baked, so this would require a separate day/night texture set). And on the (larger) outside walls you can clearly see a repetitive (non-seamless) pattern: that really should not exist on a home like this. The home (especially from an architectural point of view) is simply too gorgeous to detract more than 1 star, but it *does* have issues.

Beautiful

This home is amazing. Although it's only a one bedroom home it's very grand when you step into the clear glass doorway. The clean lines, the classic modern architecture, and for the size of the home it is relatively low prim. The last reviewer was speaking of bad textures. When I walk into this home I see nothing of what they were talking about. I even changed my settings in SL to reflect a mid setting - basic shaders - no shadows and it's STILL a beautiful textured/luminescent home. The walls glow with realism. The bathroom walls move with a luminescent radiance. This home is on the expensive side for me. I thought long and hard about it but in the end, I bought it. My parcel, however, is not big enough for the pool (64X64). Since it is mod I just removed it. I have a corner lot on the beach and this does not take away from the look of the home in any way. It's great that there are endless possibilities with that option. So I recommend that you take a look at the Sim. The builds the details and the thought that was put into these homes is first class all the way. Thank-you Botha. I'm a Botha home buyer for my SL life!

(*this is the 2nd Botha home that I have purchased)

Beautiful work, but the textures are very bad, the bathroom should be able to exchange objects, for expensive price, wait for an update. Ty
