Full perm items may be sold as copy or transfer under the following rules:
It must be used in a build, not just a root prim. It is not enough to just add a sound script to sell it. A build consists of multiple items, please do not just put a tree or a patch of grass and consider it a “build.”
Textures from this set are not to be modified and sold!

My items are not to be sold full perm.
My items are not to be sold at less than L$100L.
*Exception* For short term sales events, the price my be lower, but not for over 3 days.
I prefer items are not given out for hunts or gifts. If they are, they must be used in a build, and of course with proper perms.

Beautiful Creation
Christmas (and Halloween) are my favourite times of the year and Katz Republic makes it even better. Her mesh creations are out of this world with so much attention to detail. I wish I had the talent to make mesh but I haven't so the second best thing is to put a project together and Katz makes it easier for me. Thanks Katz
