The poofer is a multi-use type in that you can rez this poofer on the ground and poof there OR you can wear it. When worn, the poofer is invisible and phantom - but becomes visible when you detach.
When worn this is a teleport poofer!
The commands are:
poof - say this in chat and the item poofs
set channel xx - where xx is a channel number. For instance you can "set channel 44" and the item will then take commands on channel 44 so that you can use "/44poof".
