This beach house contains 5 rooms, one of them is placed in the middle tower, so you can get a nice outlook arround. You'll get 2 staircases, one in the front and one in the back of the building, so you are able to use one of them as a pier for your boat.
All rooms can be tinted seperately, so you are able to customize this building.

Family Sized Beach Home!
Some of us have SL families, children and/or pets. I have seen more than my fair share of shacks, tents, campers and cottages that can barely fit a single person or a couple. Enough already. Cue the Breeze Machine! This is a FAMILY SIZED BEACH HOME, with a beautiful view from every room! I love the size, land impact, unique build, textures, color, and price! Thank you. Now if you will excuse us, my family and I will be fishing off of our front porch! Psst, you can turn the breeze machine off now. :D

To start off, I agree with the previous comments about the textures and layout. The house looks quite nice and the layout makes it very usable. In short, I like it and it is nice. Especially for the price.
However...
- I count 127 Li instead of the 113 listed
- The doorways and doors are huge and my avatar is 7'1". These doors are made for giants
- In order to make it more realistic you will need to modify and that means, unlinking a few doorways and making the frames and one interior un-bumped wall phantom.
*Make sure that you put it in the location you want before doing your mods, so as not to forget and lose unlinked parts after you are done.
All-in-all it is a nice house and different from what you typically get. I recommend this as a buy if you don't mind doing a few fairly minor mods.

I have bought many many homes in my years in second ilfe, let me say this, it is the best put together house, the details for windows, doors, wood ceilings, sunken living room, and to modify the textures to your own liking, omg i would defintely buy another home from this maker, to bad i dont see anything else, truly well put together home, thank you so much...love it so much

The layout is great, the feel and colors are warm and inviting. A great view from every room. The picture is attractive but rezzed it looks even better. Excellent price too.
