Butterflies with flapping wings (Butterfly sculpties)

Preparing for spring? Tired of these static particle butterflies? Here comes a box of rotating butterfly sculpties with flapping wings.

The butterflies look especially lovely in messy arrangements. Linked together at different angles and with the additonal rotation of the whole bunch, they seam to fly quite natural. There is an example of a messy arrangement in the box. After they can't be shown properly on a static picture, there is a free DEMO available here and inworld.

The butterflies are basically animated textures applied to a rotating uneven ring, which makes the butterflies very low lag: Two lines of scripting: llSetTextureAnim and llTargetOmega.

The box contains butterflies of 6 colours, flying in both directions, so 12 butterflies in total. Each butterfly has one prim. As an extra, the box also includes a sample of a messy arrangement, but everything is mod/copy (including the scripts, in case you want to change the speed), so you will sure find your own lovely arrangements. And yes - of course you can decorate the whole sim with them. Copy as many as you like.
