[C] Landmark HUD

It's a HUD for teleport according to landmarks in its contents.
Add it, you can see the HUD in screen top right.
Touch the HUD to pull up menu which lists buttons named with the landmark names in its contents.
Select one to teleport, grant it permissions the first time.
Import landmarks by dragging landmarks from inventory on it into its contents.

7 color versions are included.

It's also working in scripts-disabled regions.
