A touch disappointing with not being able to change the eyes - Outter eye corner, nor do much with the jaw line, checks are rather gaunt as well.

It works for me some what not ideal but for a free head it will work for others, just depending on what you're going for.

Amazing unisex head... and alot of missleading reviews

I wish I could edit some of those missleading previous reviews. Be it the HUD not working or it looking "too feminin".
If something isn't working, instead of just writing a bad review ASK SUPPORT! Any and every time I asked catwa for help my problem usually got solved within a day.
As for feminin, I have seen multiple shapes for this specific head which are very "manly" indeed. Obviously using a female skin will not work so there is the first mistake you could be making. And consider this, not every man looks like Schwarzenegger.
Think about it, ask for help, and if you STILL are convinced the head is bad quality, THEN leave a well thought out review.
