This little house is a great item and the price is more than right. The textures are very nicely done and it has rugs and pots added that really add to the feel. Best of all it's on "mod" so you can adapt it. The first thing I did was convert one of the back windows to a door so that it was easier to walk right out of the house to get up to roof via the ladder -- which is a cool feature. It's a bit primmy but I like old-school items and it's easy enough to "de-fat," many pieces are removable or expandable, i.e. convert the roof to one prim, take out the palms etc. I was going to remove the lamps but then realized how wonderfully they had been set up to have different colours providing a lovely hue to the room walls, so I left them. All in all, a great deal and well executed.

The textures are lovely and the layout is perfect. I've had big houses in SL and small ones. I've had expensive, ornate houses and plain skyboxes. This little villa is probably my favorite. It's the one I come back to time and time again. It strikes the perfect balance between price, prims, and aesthetics.
