D1&MTG - Duty Belt plus transferable handcuffs Version 1.0

The Duty Belt offers a very basic feature set for use at RP. When you click the belt, you will receive a simple menu where you can select the person who will recieve the Handcuffs. The handcuffs are transfer so you can give them to the arrested person yourself, just drag it from the inventory.
The Belt is modifiable, so you can resize it using the edit tools.
