WARNING
This item is partial mesh. It is built with mesh objects and prim classics. My advice is to just change the textures to suit your style. If you unlink the prims their number will increase considerably.

Any questions feel free to send a notecard explaining your problem, tthanks for your purchase.

This house was so nice when i did it up for xmas . But i have a few concerns with it. i could not modify the lighting to make the hall upstiars brighter. the front doors ,kitchen doors and back atrium have a habit of disappearing even when the house is locked down.I also could not rezz the snow roof it was not there? So it kind of infuriated me. I went back to DH to look for redelivery but there is no such thing. i wrote the creator and as usual with anything i have a problem with i didnt hear back . so i didnt end up staying in that house or re rezzing it after 4 times i was done. This is the first day i have been back on SL since the holidays. Its too bad because i have bought quite abit from DH.

Good looking house, but as others have pointed out some flaws in the meshes. I also found that that the doors are rather strange made, i re-made them and used Kool Door scripts and voila i could hinge them on the edge rather than center - also no more problems to link them to the house. Fixed the mesh flaws with a couple of hidden prims . I also wish the lamps had automatic light on and off, i have such a script but as the lamps are no.mod they cannot be changed.

Good house if you can live with the flaws, better if you can fix them even if the land impact goes up a few

I've been looking for house with character and now I've found it. The textures are exquisite and even though you can change them yourselves I am going to keep it the same. Its also low prim for a house with so many rooms. Thank you and please make some more houses

Fair Warning

I like the design of this house. I like the architecture and I don't mind the dark, urban motif. I do want to warn those who buy this house that the way the walls are constructed, there are some major issues with redecorating it, 1) The walls on the inside extend outside the rooms so textures have to be the same throughout the interior of the house. 2) The archways to the main room and the back room have only one mesh face so the texture is the same on both sides. 3) The archways and ground floor doorways are each one solid piece of mesh, which requires them to be set to a "none" physics. This means you can walk through the walls at these points.
Still, if you can live with these issues or have the skill to add in mesh pieces, (as I did), this is a good house for you. The price is also very affordable.
