Dreadful
This is the most un user friendly system Ive ever come across with instructions clearly written by someone for whom English is only a 2nd language. Incomprehensible set up instructions matched by incomprehensible service options followed by the Bot directing me for help to a page with no text. Finally the "live " support turned out to be dead to the world...at that point I gave up and decided to research other options
Just installed and already impressed.
I just installed the SmartBots inviter and I have to say I am already impressed. Mainly by the Ease of setup. I will be extending the services that I am going to be using .

I just had a Smartbot for a week now I am very impressed with the things that it can do. It's ideal for a club.
Nice
Nice way to invite visitors to your group, but very handy for renters that don't have to wait for a group invite by a manager. I only have some difficulty understanding the webpage and the settings, i figured it out, but was not that simple, for me anyway, but i am not so very good with things like this, i like to have it simple. But overall a great product, should have gotten it a lot earlier.
