Works as Advertised; Please with Results
I decided to give a SmartBots shared bot a one month trial for my club group. I went with group invites and group notices. I found the staff member who helped me knew his stuff well and I was set up and running in under 15 minutes.
The web application that helps manage the bot is straightforward and easy to use. Scheduling and sending one-time and periodic group notices worked exactly as expected. Notices went out on schedule.
In that month, group membership increased 75.03%. Needless to say, I renewed for another month, paid yesterday.
The quality of the product pleasantly exceeded my expectations. (And I have to admit, they were low. I expected disappointment based on experience with another bot maker [whose documentation is poor to non-existent].)
