An invaluable tool
Allowing the pre-preparation ant timed release of group notices makes my life so much easier. We send 5 notices at the average party, at -60, -30, start, half time and 15 minutes to voting. And we have four groups to send all those too so 20 notices in all, PER party. SmartBots allows me to write the 5 notices and sends them, spot on schedule and with landmarks to all four groups. Not only does the multiple groups in one go function a real work saver, the automation frees me and all the hosts up to concentrate on out guests. Highly recommended.
